last year after Halloween I saw a stack of carved pumpkins, this year I hope to create one.and did. hope to do it better next year. I had also the big idea of knitting and felting a pumpkin, this year it feels like a waste of time and space. Yesterday, October 6, when Ben and Geoff picked up Owen, Ben and I played balloon ball for a bit(which is just hitting a balloon back and forth, akin to volleyball) and after a few minutes Owen began laughing. That was a first for us, outside of tickling her. it is good to know she has a sense of humor. ~::~ with luck, the spiral blanket and the starfish shawl will be finished this fall. |
