May 24 :: One week later...the world remains happily tasseled. One of the many wonderful things about Oregon is that all through the year there are mornings and evenings cool enough to wrap up in a blanket. Map afghan will stay near the sofa...I will try to catch a picture of Karl wrapped in it (which I have seen and admired often through this week) Thankyou for your compliments. It is a wonderful thing (compliments and blanket)

Instead of finishing up my Astrid as I had intended this past week, I began to fool around with some of my daydreams...and ended up finishing one...

and almost finishing another...

more on these and my knitting agenda tomorrow xo

May 17 :: I am always happily surprised at the finishing touch tassels are. We tried over and again without success to get a picture from above and center, will have to keep looking for a place to do that. For now, here is a lopsided view, and several of Shadow helping out with the blocking.

I have an abundance of unknitting activities this week. I could fill many more pages with projects I am daydreaming about, intead.I think I will give what knitting time comes to finally finishing the organic cotton Astrid and check back in with you all next week.
